By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or signing a retainer agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not utilize our legal services.
Use of this website, submission of a contact form, or transmission of information to the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. A formal attorney-client relationship is only established after we have cleared conflicts of interest and both parties have signed a written engagement letter.

Escrow funds are held in secure IOLTA trust accounts. Due to the high risk of wire fraud in real estate, the Firm will NEVER email you revised wire transfer instructions. You must verify all wire instructions by calling our office directly. We are not responsible for funds lost to fraudulent wire schemes.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential in accordance with the Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct. However, standard email and unencrypted text communications carry inherent security risks, which you accept by choosing to communicate via these channels.
Our website or communications may reference third-party lenders, title underwriters, or municipal resources. We do not control these external entities and are not responsible for their services, content, or privacy practices.
